We adopted a senior Papillon named Candy. She is now "sister" and "mother" to the 2 Boston Terriers we previously adopted. Candy shows us how greatful she is for love and freedom every day. We are so loved by her and her brothers. They are so precious. Thank you for letting us adopt this sweet girl she has brought our family so much joy.

Hi I adopted Matt who was being foster by Nicole. We are approaching a 1 year anniversary Wed Jan 12th of having Matt as our family dog. Some people think it's noble I adopted this dog and saved him but the reality is he saved me! I love cats but this dog brings a whole new wonderful world full of love and joy I'd never known. My favorite time of the day is when I walk through the door after work and call his name and he comes running tail wagging and the licks and kisses begin. (sigh) I ask you, who on earth wouldn't want that? So thankful in NJ, Laura Lee, Bob and Matt the Pap

I am so impressed with what you are doing for these animals and your dedication to getting these puppymill dogs out to better lives. I wish I was closer and could do something to help. We do animal rescue transports on the weekends and I also have done some fostering and we have met some of the most amazing animals! Bless you for what you are doing.

Rescuing mill dogs is wonderful. So many "rescues" don't want to be bothered because it takes so long to rehabilitate these dogs before they can be adopted out. I hope to see you in Mexico, MO on October 30th.

Thanks for all you do. I just seen on tv where 79 dogs were just taken from a place in Gibsonville NC. The man said he work with a foster place out of NY. Police had to put 8 to sleep and maybe more. How SAD but he will get by with it. Suzie's Law will help i hope! Thanks again for all you do.

Thank you so much for the amazing work you do, but especially for rescuing dogs from the horrors of puppy mills.
I adopted a puppy mill "refugee" from a rescue group in here my local area (Northern California) and I want to tell other potential adopters that you will never do anything more gratifying than loving a dog rescued from a puppy mill.
Watching my sweet boy blossom and become a friendly, social, happy dog has brought me more joy than I can describe.
We made a donation to Southpaw Rescue today so that you can continue to save more animals and others can experience the love and happiness of making a special dog part of their family like we did.
Thank you for making a difference!

I am so thankful for the work you all do for these sweet little animals. I resently adopted "Logan" several motnhs ago. He is the sweetest little guy, I have seen so many changes in just a few months with him. He has become more trusting and calmer. He even plays with his 'big sister" Mitzi. Thank you for the blessing of Logan!
PS We renamed him Simba, because he is our little lion!

I admire you so much for what you do for these animals that have gone through so much. It greatly breaks my heart to think someone could hurt something that would do nothing but love them and be loved in return. I want so much to adopt one (like your other fans, all if I could), but as of right now, have my grandaughter living with us who is 3. She gets along greatly with our 4 chihuahuas, but I know the concerns you have with little ones around your animals. Keep up this marvelous work you are doing, and God bless you as you continue to help these wonderful animals from God's creation.

My boyfriend and his roommates fostered a chihuahua rescued from a puppy mill in Edmonton, AB, Canada, and he was just the sweetest boy. Seeing the conditions he came from broke my heart, and it is wonderful to see so many people helping these dogs find their forever-homes. Thank you to everyone who adopts these puppy mill dogs.

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the great work you do. If it wasn't for your wonderful organization I wouldn't have Mischa (formerly China) who my family and I love dearly. She's doing very well with us, our other dogs have helped her come out of her shell. I have to say she's actually become a bit of a kleptomanic. We had to get her 2 doggie beds, one to sleep in and one for her "treasures".
Thank you again! And a special thanks to Earline Miller for all her help with getting Mischa/China to us!
