For those we have lost, but will always remember in our hearts.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a gift of joy,
you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

The Rainbow Bridge
There's a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of it's many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge is a land of meadows, hills, and valleys with lush green grass. When a beloved pet passes, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm spring weather. Old and frail animals are made whole. They play all day with each other. There is only one thing missing. They are not with that special person who loved them so much on earth. But the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together for eternity... -Anonymous

Cubby
Rescued after being found as a stray, Cubby had a wonderful and loving home. Cubby was a cherished and adored family member and is so terribly missed. Until we meet at the Rainbow Bridge, you are in our hearts always.
Tyler
Tyler was rescued from a puppy mill in December 2007. He was about 6 months old at the time; a happy healthy vibrant loving little pom. He was adopted into a loving and wonderful home where he was cherished and living life to the fullest. A genetic illness reared it's ugly head almost two years later. Our precious boy has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
Paddington (fka Preston)
Feb 16/2007 - 11/26/2009
Our darling boy has left us far too soon. Paddington was rescued from a puppy mill in Sparta, TN in February of 2009 and he was adopted in March of 2009. He was returned to our rescue on November 20, 2009. He appeared perfectly healthy and his former owner didn't report any physical health issues. Paddington had 6 wonderful days of love and joy back with us. He spent those last days running and playing with Little Bear and Buddy and the other dogs here. We loved on him and he was such a joyful boy. He was so happy to be here with us. We didn't know Paddington had ulcerative collitis. He had no symptoms the first 5 days he was back with us. On his 6th day back he become suddenly ill. Our vets did everything possible but it was too late to save him. He has left us far too early. We love you Paddington and we miss you terribly. We will see you again at the Rainbow Bridge.
Ellie
March 6, 2009- March 27, 2009
We are so very very sad. Ellie started having severe difficulties on Friday night. My sister did CPR once and was able to bring her back but she stopped breathing again and CPR didn't work the second time. We suspect that Ellie had a seizure. In a matter of less than 10 minutes our precious tiny Ellie passed away. We do know that this litter was all at very high risk due to Angelina being in a puppy mill for all but the last couple weeks or so of her pregnancy. And as you're aware Hershey has problems with his front legs. Also the first tiny girl, Angel, passed away almost immediately after being born and now Ellie has passed away. We suspect an underlying deformity of some kind with Ellie that we just were not able to see.
Angel
March 6, 2009 - March 9, 2009
Angel's mommy, Angelina, was rescued from a puppymill on 2/11/09 Angel was born in rescue but was too weak to survive.
