Jack aspires to be the perfect Gentleman some day, but right now he's a mischievious teenager with lots of tricks up his sleeve! G-Jack was at a kill shelter in southeast TN and his time was up! Fortunately, a kind shelter worker started calling rescue groups frantically to find G-Jack a second chance!! SouthPaw came to his aid and picked him up!
G-Jack was estimated to be about 3 years old -- but I just got back from his veterinary evaluation and my vet assures me that G-Jack is a young, rambunctious teenage boy who is likely closer to 1 year of age. G-Jack has had his rabies shot and will be scheduled for his neuter very soon. It is likely that it was his raging hormones that sent him wandering in the first place! G-Jack is very social, gave me pappy kisses right away and snuggles on the couch during TV time. All he needs is someone to love who will teach him some self control and let him know who is 'in charge !!
He has the most gorgeous, feathery tail and his ear fringe is just beginning to come in. He still has puppy hair fuzz behind his ears! G-Jack weighed in at 8 lbs. but he is very leggy and still growing. G-Jack would love to have an active family with a huge, safely fenced yard as he is full of energy, loves toys and can't wait to please!! G-Jack is great with children and will be an ideal size to play with them!
Gentleman Jack has an excellent adoption application pending final approval !!
