 ... a tiny dog forced to live in an overcrowded, filthy cage in the hot sweltering heat of summer?

The dirty cage has too many dogs in it, and it's in a hot, dark, stagnant shed, or old barn, or garage. Or even worse, out in the blazing hot sun. The dogs are so crowded in the cage that they can barely move or turn around. They are never allowed out of the cage and have no choice but to live in their own waste. The stench of filth chokes them, yet they can't escape it. They spend their lives looking out at the world from behind bars. Cages of other dogs stacked all around them, on both sides, below them, and above them. Year after year, litter after litter of puppies. No air conditioning in summer. No heat in winter. No veterinary care. No Grooming. No human kindness. No hope.

Some dogs die.

The rest suffer horribly.

These dogs are in a Puppy Mill.
